Merry Christmas everyone!
It’s actually that time of year again: snow outside the window (a dusting really), fireplaces, mugs of hot chocolate, and the smell of fresh cut pine.
Also, of closed business’s.
And since much of my writing is for those same business’ who just happen to be closed, I have two whole days to focus on family and fiction! My plans for the next two days are…
1.) settling in with the book My Name Is Asher Lev, by Chaim Potok. It’s all going down in one glorious gulp tomorrow!
2.) writing a short story that’s been inside wanting to get out for a long, long time. I finally have the time to finish it! I tend to put on the back burner any writing that doesn’t make immediate money. No longer!
3.) celebrating with Christmas cheer! Friends, family, and a ton of good, home cooked food. Can life get any better? I submit that it cannot.
I’ll resume posting every other day, starting the day after Christmas. Hope to hear from you all, and hope all the festivities spark your imagination.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
